Digital Service Nature

Unlike physical goods, digital services cannot be “returned” once they are delivered or performed. Therefore, all sales are considered final once the project has been completed and handed over to the client. Refund Eligibility

  • Pre-Work Cancellation: If you decide to cancel a project before any work has started, you may be eligible for a refund. However, a processing fee (usually 10-15%) will be deducted to cover administrative and transaction costs.

  • In-Progress Projects: Once work has commenced (research, wireframing, or initial designs), refunds are generally not provided. Any refund issued at this stage will be at the sole discretion of Infinity Max Technology and will be calculated based on the hours already invested.

  • Completed Work: No refunds will be issued once the final files, website credentials, or marketing reports have been delivered to the client.

4. Revision Policy (Your Satisfaction Guarantee)

To ensure you get exactly what you envisioned, we provide a robust revision process:

  • Included Revisions: Each service package comes with a specific number of revisions (e.g., 3 rounds of changes).

  • Feedback Loop: We encourage clients to provide detailed feedback during the revision phase.

  • Scope Limits: Revisions apply to the original project scope. Requests for entirely new concepts or features that were not in the initial agreement will be treated as new tasks and charged separately.

Service-Specific Terms

  • SEO & Digital Marketing: Results in SEO and Ads can take time and depend on third-party platforms (Google, Meta). Since we cannot control search engine algorithms, we do not offer refunds based on specific ranking positions or click-through rates.

  • Web Development: Refunds are not applicable once the website has been moved to the client’s live server or the final code has been delivered.

Technical Issues & Errors

If there is a technical error on our part (e.g., a broken link on a new website or a typo in a design), we will fix the issue immediately at no extra cost, provided it is reported within 7 days of project delivery.

How to Request a Resolution

If you are unhappy with the quality of work, we want to make it right.
